Would you like an exciting role in an international environment and vital industry, to build trust and guide our dedicated people within all areas of internal communication?

We currently have a vacancy for the right person in Communications at BAE Systems Hägglunds.

As a Communication specialist with the main task of developing and executing internal communication, you will be responsible for managing communications projects and successfully delivering a range of high quality communications activities. This includes short term day-to-day deliveries as well as planned projects with fixed deadlines. We are a small team with a great task, working in collaboration.

You will report to BAE Systems Hägglunds Head of Communications.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

• Planning, producing, executing and evaluating employee communications content aligned with our strategy, such as management support, quality, processes, culture, behavior etc
• Develop, manage and review communications plans and activities.
• Work closely with Leadership team and managers to co-ordinate content and messages across internal and external channels in support of business objectives.

 Your skills and qualifications:

Essential:

• At least 5 years’ experience from a similar position
• Strong understanding of digital communications
• Fluent English and Swedish, other languages an advantage
• University degree level or equivalent

Desirable:

• Experience/Understanding of Project Management

Location:

Örnsköldsvik, Sweden – This role will require limited travel.
